FEES AND REBATES

Workshops and Speaking Engagements

We pride ourselves on meeting the requirements we individually establish with each client. In committing to this goal, a high level of detail and design is completed throughout the experience. All fees are clearly defined, outlined, and inclusive, in consultation with you and with consideration to your company requirements. Fees include, pre course meetings, full course delivery of the individual outlined program, and post-course analysis.

Individual and Group Therapy

As a general rule, our fees are set well below those recommended by Government, Medicare, and Australian Psychological Society Guidelines. The Australian Psychological Society recommends a fee of $280 per 50 minute therapy session.

We charge $220 per session between 9am – 5.00pm and $270 after 5.00pm and $270 on Saturday.

If you are a concession card holder you will be eligible for a reduced session fee.

Medicare Rebates

You can claim a rebate of $126.50 for a 50 minute consultation, up to a maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year. To receive this rebate you must be referred by a General Practitioner under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Programme (GP Item 2710). Alternatively you can be referred directly by a Psychiatrist.

Health Fund Rebates

Please note that you will need to check with your health fund as to your exact cover.

Please also note you cannot claim from Medicare and your health fund for the same consultation.

Workers Compensation

Your services will be fully covered by the Insurer if you have an accepted claim with them and they have approved psychological treatment.

Private client with no referral

You do not need a referral to see me. The cost per 50-minute session is $220 per session between 9am – 5.00pm and $270 after 5.00pm and $270 on Saturday.

If you have private health then you may be able to claim a portion of this fee.

If you are a concession card holder you will be eligible for a reduced session fee.

Cancellation Fees

Please note that we are obliged to charge the following:

100% of fee for appointments cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment after confirming it with us, a FULL FEE for the appointment hour is charged.

Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of the session. We accept all major credit cards except Diners and Amex.
