Cliff is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience working in physical and mental health. Having helped thousands achieve long-term positive change, he works with individuals and groups conducting powerful private therapy targeting long-term, sustainable results.
He is also an accomplished speaker, successful workshop facilitator and sought after health and fitness coach. Cliff uses his natural communication style, practical education, supportive guidance and fresh humour to help you become the best version of yourself.
He is commonly referred to as “one of the most motivating, engaging and infectiously enthusiastic individuals you will have the pleasure to meet.” Cliff has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, is a published author, and conducts research centred on developing positive self-esteem.
Background and History
With a strong background in the health and fitness industry, as a successful sports representative, international presenter and personal wellness coach, Cliff has had the opportunity to broadly examine the road to achieving personal happiness. He has helped individuals from many walks of life to enjoy significantly satisfying physical and mental positive improvement.
Cliff has worked closely with sufferers of low self-esteem, depression, substance abuse, anxiety, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, body image dissatisfaction, as well as Commonwealth, Olympic Games and International Ironman athletes.
Cliff is a respected group fitness instructor documented as consistently drawing the highest class-member attendance numbers on the Gold Coast for the past 10 years. He is well known for his ability to help individuals achieve excellent physical and mental success without using crash dieting, the latest super food, twelve-week plans or the newest fad.
Cliff’s focus is on helping people live happier, more productive and successful lives. Among other things Cliff has been a successful radio and television presenter, professional actor, youth worker and inter-continental tour guide. His professional and personal background enables him to communicate well with people of all ages and cultures.
